Jonathan Stickland
Owner
Jonathan Stickland is the owner and founder of RED Pest Control, a locally owned and operated pest control company dedicated to serving families and businesses across North Texas. Known for his strong commitment to integrity, faith, and outstanding customer service, Jonathan brings both deep industry expertise and genuine personal care to every job.
Jonathan’s career in pest control spans more than 20 years. He started as a technician with Steritech and Truly Nolen, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the field. In 2007, he joined Prime Pest Management, working closely with owner Dennis English. Dennis became a significant mentor in Jonathan’s life, guiding him in customer relations, sales, and business operations. This strong foundation continues to shape how Jonathan leads RED Pest Control — with technical skill, practical knowledge, and a clear understanding of what homeowners and business owners really need.
A devoted husband to his wife Krissy, Jonathan is a proud father and grandfather who treasures time with his growing family. He and Krissy love vacationing and taking cruises together. Their household is full of life thanks to their three dogs — Penny, Dixie, and Dollie — and a small flock of chickens that add plenty of personality and fun to daily life.
Jonathan is an active member of Willow Park Baptist Church and serves as President of The Promise, a renowned ministry that has shared the Gospel through powerful live performances for nearly 40 years. From 2013 to 2021, Jonathan represented the people of North Texas House District 92 in the Texas Legislature. Rated as one of the most consistently conservative members during his tenure, he championed key issues including pro-life legislation, banning red-light cameras, and protecting individual liberties.
When he’s not helping protect homes and businesses from pests, Jonathan enjoys cheering on the Texas Rangers, growing his baseball card collection, organizing his extensive Playmobil Western toy collection (which he happily justifies as being saved for future grandsons), and relaxing with real-time strategy games.
